Concord Commission Advance will discount the commission based upon the number of days to projected closing. The fee (discount) is generally 5% to 12% on 15 to 90 day closings
Example:
- Your commission advance is $10,000
- Projected settlement is 30 days
- Your fee (Discount) would be 5% or $500

- At closing, the closing agent pays us $10,000
